Minimum rules matched to flag a ticker

About this data. Live end-of-day history comes from FMP and Tiingo, split roughly 50/50 across the universe by a small PHP proxy (see /server) — the browser never talks to either provider directly. New tickers start with a rolling ~14-month window; a batch of 12 gets a full 2-year backfill each calendar day (change the pace in server/config.php), and everything already backfilled gets a cheap "just today's bar" top-up instead of a full re-pull, run daily via cron. Market cap and P/E come straight from FMP's batch quote endpoint (universe-wide, refreshed the same run) rather than an estimate. Rule/threshold changes never trigger new network calls — only Refresh data does.
